POINT #1: “GETTING CLEVER" -We do lots of things in our lives and our work from a disingenuine place in order to appear "better" than we think we are.  When we are masquerading as something we're not we make superficial connections with others because we're focused on winning and competing.  In the long run, this does far more harm than good. POINT #2: “BEING HONEST" -Being honest is not always easy.  Often it goes against everything our instincts are telling us, especially when fear is involved.  When we find the courage to get honest first with ourselves, we then find the courage to speak with greater honesty to others, giving them the permission to do so themselves.  As artists, we need to speak truthfully to give others expression. POINT #3: "REAPING THE HARVEST" -There is a time and a season for everything in our lives.  When the fields are just sewn, you cannot expect to reap the harvest the next day.  When we learn to move with these cycles in our lives we find opportunities to pursue our needs and interests with greater passion and less frustration.
