Telling our stories can help us transcend our current limitations, and help us to grow and evolve as long as we're paying attention to how we are choosing to look at it. POINT #1: "WE'RE ALL FULL OF STORIES" -Whether you're an artist or not, we're all telling stories. Telling stories to ourselves, our friends and family, our partners etc. Storytelling is as much a part of our lives as breathing. It can help us to make sense of our world, feel connectedness, and empower us. POINT #2: "STORY FOR PERSPECTIVE" -Storytelling allows us to connect, empathize and understand lessons in a deeper and more profound way than simply being told the moral. POINT #3: "TELLING A NEW STORY" - We so often get caught up in a certain telling of a story we're very intimate with. However, we always have new perspectives waiting to be found if we're open to it. This can be especially important within the context of our own lives and the painful stories we hang onto. Story can empower us to re-frame how we see our lives and liberate us from beliefs that no longer serve our goals.
