POINT #1: "WHERE YOU GET YOUR MOTIVATION" - How we try to motivate ourselves both unknowingly and knowingly has a massive impact on its effectiveness.  When we're driven by survival or external desires, or make our work contingent upon a certain result we set ourselves up for some trouble.  When we learn to connect to what we do for its own sake we can uncover a deep motivation for happy careers and lives. POINT #2: “BE REAL, BE HONEST" - There's no sense in pretending that there aren't certain realities out there in the world and in our industries.  Knowing them allows us to navigate with greater ease, keep our integrity, as well as inject our artistic sensibilities where we can -- bending the rules and breaking them. POINT #3: “FINDING THE PATH" - There are choices we make in our lives where we look for the easiest route possible.  This is natural, and not always a poor decision.  However, we can often fool ourselves out of our dreams and authentic ambitions because we think it looks easier.  In the long run, it always catches up with us, and the less difficult path becomes the most painful.
